Current projects
Summate
Currently, I am working on Summate. The main idea is simple:
- there is too much content on the internet.
- people spend countless hours “catching-up”.
- Why don’t AI catch up for you and summarize all the content you are subscribed to?
Databricks
I am at my 4-year mark at Databricks. Over the past 4 years worked at multiple teams:
- Billing and Data Infrastructure - built big data pipelines to power Databricks’ $3B+ business and surrounding security features around that.
- Object Storage - built storage features to abstract 3 cloud storage providers(AWS/Azure/GCP) from customers.
- And now: AI Dev Tools.
Currently I am spending my time thinking about few things here:
- How do engineers use AI to make their day to day life less mundane in a 2.5k engineering org.
- What are the main components of Agentic Coding and Building Effective Agents, that separate high quality agents from low quality.
I share most of my thoughts and insights over time on X / Twitter
Past projects
Style Lab
Back in 2020 me and a 3 of my friends from university were building an AI fashion startup. Main idea was simple: upload your wardrobe to an app and start getting daily recommendations on what to wear, as well as what to buy for it.
In 2025, there are projects like this launching every week, but back then it was a fun experiment to launch this and see how to build it from scratch.
Major learnings:
- Fail Fast: Build quick & get feedback >>> spend time overengineering and get zero feedback
- Learn from user interviews: after 20 interviews with people and our friends, we didn’t see much of an issue in figuring out what to wear, but still pursued into building it, instead of pivoting.
